The Avenue at NormanNorman, Okla. — Park7 Group has begun construction on The Avenue at Norman, which will open this fall. The 895-bed, 314-unit property is near the University of Oklahoma. A variety of floor plans that range from from studio to five bedrooms, will be offered in flats and town homes. The amenity package includes a resort-style pool with hot tub and grilling stations and a fitness center with yoga studio and spin room, featuring P90X and INSANITY workouts. The 10,000-square-foot clubhouse offers a game room with billiards, table tennis, a poker table, golf simulator and a movie theater.
The Avenue at Norman will be Park7’s fourth “Avenue” labeled community. The other three properties are: The Avenue at Lubbock, The Avenue at San Marcos and The Avenue at Tuscaloosa. Park7 Group has developed and acquired more than 4,000 beds of student housing and has an additional 7,000 in the development pipeline.
