Atlanta — Peak Campus has acquired Caliber Living, the multifamily and student housing management arm of Mallory & Evans Cos. Properties previously operating under Caliber Living’s student housing platform will now operate under the Peak Campus brand, a move which grows the company’s portfolio by over 3,700 beds.

Mallory & Evans’ portfolio is located throughout North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama. The portfolio also includes three new developments, which are set for delivery in fall 2020. Mallory & Evans plans to continue to build their development pipeline well past 2020, and will do so in a strategic partnership with Peak Campus.

“From our first meeting, we were impressed with the Mallory & Evans’ team’s commitment to excellence and their ability to deliver results to clients and investors with a boutique feel and higher standard of service,” says Bob Clark, CEO of Peak Campus. “This transaction aligns with our long-term goals to grow our student housing presence throughout the U.S. through a thoughtful, strategic approach.
