Peak Campus Adds More than 1,000 Beds to Management Portfolio

Lawrence, Kan. and Conway, Ark. — Peak Campus has been selected as manager by Collegium Capital Partners for two properties totaling more than 1,000 beds in Lawrence, Kansas, and Conway, Arkansas.

The properties, both formerly known as The Grove, are to be renamed Rockland West and The Wayland, respectively. Collegium recently acquired these assets from Campus Crest Communities.

Rockland West, located near the University of Kansas in Lawrence, is a 500-bed property built in 2009 that offers two- and three- bedroom floor plans with bed-to-bath parity. Units feature a furniture package and updated finishes. The Wayland is a 504-bed asset built in 2010 that serves the students of the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. Its two- and three- bedroom units feature bed-to-bath parity, are fully furnished and include high-end finishes, as well as in-unit washers and dryers.

Both properties offer a mix of amenities including a fitness center, study room, sports court, computer lab, resort-style pool, sand volleyball court, full basketball court, fire pit, tavern-style game room, clubhouse and grilling area. Both properties will offer a new student shuttle for transportation to and from campus.
