Peak Campus Awarded Management of 144-Bed Development Near the University of California – Berkeley

Berkeley, Calif. — Peak Campus has been awarded management of The Durant, a 144-bed student housing development serving the University of California – Berkeley. The community will offer studio and two-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities will include a rooftop deck and an outdoor lounge. The property is being developed by The Martin Group and is set to open in fall 2020.
