Peak Campus Awarded Management of 775-Bed Student Housing Development in Davie, Florida

Davie, Fla. — Peak Campus has been awarded management of University Pointe, a 775-bed student housing community currently under development in Davie, Florida. The property will serve students at Nova Southeastern University, Florida Atlantic University – Davie and Broward College. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, yoga studio, study lounges and group work space. The property is scheduled for delivery this fall.
