The company has been regularly sending its Market Eye list to a select group of investors for a few months, with traction gaining as the list was forwarded. The Market Eye list — not tied or restricted to any single brokerage — amalgamates all the student housing properties for sale, including off-market opportunities. Originally created to showcase these opportunities to Peak’s clients, the company has decided to make the Market Eye list available to everyone in the student housing industry.
