Peak Campus Development Building 600-Bed Community Near Arizona State

Peak’s new development opens 2015.Tempe, Ariz. — Peak Campus Development has started construction on a 213-unit, 600-bed community in Tempe, Ariz., adjacent to Arizona State University’s (ASU) main campus. The project will open August 2015. It will offer 15 unit plans, including two-story lofts, in five interconnected buildings that surround a courtyard, which will contain a resort style pool, hot tub, fire pit, and seating and lounge areas. Indoor amenities include a two-level multi-purpose room, theater, golf simulator, kitchen, business center, and a fitness center with a rock climbing wall, yoga and spinning studios, and fitness on demand. The project also provides structured parking and indoor and outdoor bike storage. The project also will include approximately 8,000 square feet of ground level retail and is within a block of two light rail stations.
