Peak Campus Management Receives New Contract

Campus Crossings in Murfreesboro, Tenn.Murfreesboro, Tenn. — Peak Campus Management has obtained a new management contract for Campus Crossings, an 816-bed, 252-unit apartment community serving the students of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in Murfreesboro, Tenn.

“Our goal is to create a better living experience for our residents and add value to the asset by repositioning the community,” says Bob Clark, president of Peak Campus Management.

Campus Crossings adjacent to campus and on the university-operated bus system. It offers a mix of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments, each fully furnished, includes all major appliances including washers and dryers, and provides cable and Internet for all residents.

Current community amenities include a clubhouse with WiFi, a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, a computer lab and study room, a sand volleyball court, a game room with pool tables, a large screen TV and ping-pong.

Planned community capital improvements include a redesign and remodel of the clubhouse to expand the fitness center, an update of the clubroom and computer lab, an increase of Internet speed by 250 percent, new pool furniture and new desks for each unit.
