Peak Campus Picks Up Management Contract in Minneapolis

Minneapolis — Peak will oversee clubhouse renovations at the Pavilion on Berry.

The Pavilion on Berry in Minneapolis.Minneapolis — Peak Campus Management is now managing the Pavilion on Berry (previously known as the Jefferson on Berry) apartments, a 552-bed purpose-built student housing community serving the students of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Built in 2008, The Pavilion on Berry is a class A asset consisting of a mix of two-bed, two-bath, four-bed, two-bath and four-bed, four-bath units. In the coming months, Peak Campus will oversee a clubhouse renovation to expand and enhance the game room, club area and leasing space. In addition, the computer lab will receive replacement equipment to improve the resident’s experience.

Other property amenities includes a fitness center, two tanning domes, a large outdoor hot tub with tanning deck, and an expansive onsite bike storage building.

“The positioning of this property is complementary to the other assets we manage locally. We look forward to deploying our management platform and strategies at the Pavilion on Berry and driving value for its owners,” said Bob Clark, president, Peak Campus Management.
