Youngstown, Ohio — Peak Campus has been selected to manage University Edge, a 162-bed development located in Youngstown.
The project, set to open in fall 2016, will offer fully furnished one-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans with bed to bath parity. Each apartment will be finished with full-sized beds, washers and dryers, walk-in closets and nine-foot ceilings. The project is currently 93 percent preleased. Subsequent phases are planned for the development that will include retail space and will bring the project to approximately 330 beds.
