Peak Campus to Manage First On-Campus Housing at Southwestern Law School

Los Angeles — The Curve opens this summer.

The Curve will include 170 beds and several high-end finishes and amenities. It opens this summer. Los Angeles — Peak Campus Management has been selected as Southwestern Law School’s property manager for The Residences at 7th, also known as “The Curve.” The property will serve as the first on-campus housing option for students attending the Los Angeles law school.

Once completed in summer of 2013, the project will feature 170 beds in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit will be furnished with new contemporary furniture, full kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, granite countertops, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. In addition, every apartment will include a flat-screen, high-definition television and will be wired for the latest in Internet and wireless technology.

Community amenities include secure, covered parking, bicycle storage, a coffee and espresso area, a business center, private study rooms, a two-story lounge, and fourth-floor sun deck.
