Phase I of YSU Student Housing Project Opens

The Flats at Wick brings 114 beds of housing to Youngstown State University.

Youngstown, Ohio — Phase I of the Flat at Wick has opened to students. The 114-bed community is located at 139 Madison Ave. on the campus of Youngstown State University. It contains a mix of one- through four-bedroom residences. Community amenities include study and social rooms, a conference room, a computer and business center, a fitness center and on-site laundry facilities.

U.S. Campus Suites developed the project — its first on-campus community. According to local reports, the project is already at 100 percent occupancy. At full build-out, the $28 million project will contain two additional phases that will bring the total number of beds to 450.
