Phillips Acquisitions Closes on $20 Million Deal Near University of Missouri

Cross CreekColumbia, Mo. — Phillips Acquisitions has completed two student housing purchases in the University of Missouri market. The Falls on Bethel Ridge with 293 beds and the 304-bed Cross Creek traded for a total of just over $20 million. The properties will be managed by Phillips subsidiary, Phillips Property Management. The Sellers, Bethel Ridge Villas LLC and Cross Creek LLC, were represented by Robert Duncan of United Country-Commercial, and Phillips was represented by Thomas Horvath of CR Commercial Realty. Over the past 28 years, Phillips has acquired and managed more than 8,000 beds.
