Premier Hires Ryan Kimura as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Dallas — Premier has hired Ryan Kimura as senior vice president of strategic partnerships. In his new role, Kimura will responsible for growing revenue and partnerships as well as overseeing other business development activities across the Dallas-based company’s bundle of services. Prior to joining Premier, Kimura was an industry principal for RealPage Student Housing and Axiometrics Student Housing. He brings over 20 years of real estate experience and almost 10 years of student housing experience to the company. “We are beyond excited to have Ryan join the Premier team,” says Hector Sanchez, CEO of Premier. “With his help, we think Premier’s one-stop shop bundle of services — from design to completion — will be very well received for student housing value-add renovations and ground-up developments.”
