Rachel Theriot Joins Asset Campus Housing

Houston — New responsibilities include focus on distressed assets, staff training and marketing.

Houston — Rachel Theriot has joined Asset Plus Companies as senior operational manager of student housing. Prior to joining Asset Campus Housing, Theriot worked for JPI and Greystar Management and has experience in residence life, leasing, marketing, on-site management and training at multiple student housing facilities. In her new role, she will assist in improving distressed assets, training staff on marketing, coordinating due dilligence reports and performing operational analytical work to help identify inefficiencies.
