Rittenhouse Realty Arranges Sale of Two Properties in the University City Neighborhood of Philadelphia

Philadelphia — Rittenhouse Realty Advisors has arranged the sale of two apartment properties in the University City neighborhood of Philadelphia for $14.7 million.

Dispositions include The Netherlands Apartments and Chester Plaza Apartments, located at 4300 Chestnut St. and 4605 Chester Ave., respectively. The properties are located within walking distance of the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Penn Medicine and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. ZanderCo Management acquired both communities, and intends to continue renovations on both.
