San Jose State Constructing $126 Million Residence Hall

San Jose, Calif. — Sundt Construction is the design-build contractor; Solomon Cordwell Buenz is the architect for the 850-bed Campus Village Phase 2 project.

San Jose, Calif. — San Jose State University has begun work on Campus Village Phase 2, a $126 million residence-hall project that will include 850 beds, common-area study rooms, a lounge, multi-purpose room, recreation room and other support spaces. The hall will be located across from the existing Campus Village Phase 1 complex. Sundt Construction has been selected as the design-build contractor for the project, and the architect is Solomon Cordwell Buenz. The project will be complete in summer 2016.
