SECOND PHASE AT STERLING CENTRAL TO OPEN FALL 2011

ORLANDO, FLA. — Lee Chira Holdings, Ltd. and The Dinerstein Companies will begin construction on the second phase of Sterling Central.

ORLANDO, FLA. — Lee Chira Holdings, Ltd. and The Dinerstein Companies will begin construction on the second phase of Sterling Central, a student housing development at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, in March 2010. Phase I of the project is currently under construction and is preleasing its 763 bedrooms for fall 2010. Phase II will add another 774 bedrooms, a structured parking garage, two swimming pools and a recreation area. Phases I and II will seek LEED Silver certification. When complete, the $120 million Sterling Central will house up to 1,500 students.
