Chicago — Shannon Failla has launched SFive Consulting, a Chicago-based consulting firm that will specialize in building out business infrastructure and streamlining processes in the student housing sector. Failla has over 10 years experience in the student housing industry, seven of which were spent working for Cardinal Group Cos. During her tenure there, she held multiple director positions overseeing operations support, training and transitions. “I am really excited to take my passion and decade worth of knowledge to help other companies grow,” says Failla. “I want to bridge the gaps for growing companies and be a barometer for going full speed ahead while understanding the on-site and corporate connection.”
