Sterling North Campus. Tampa, Fla. — The Dinerstein Companies has sold Sterling North Campus, a 206-unit, 734-bed student housing community in Tampa, Fla., to an institutional pension fund advisor.
The property was built in 2010 and was 95 percent occupied at closing. It is certified LEED for Homes Gold and features amenities such as outdoor high-definition TVs and a cyber café. CB Richard Ellis’ National Student Housing Group represented the parties in the transaction.
