Student Suites Breaks Ground on New Residence Hall

Marshall, Texas— The 500-bed Wiley Hall facility at Wiley College has broken ground.

A rendering of the 500-bed Wiley Hall at Wiley College in Marshall, Texas.Marshall, Texas — Independence, Mo.-based Student Suites and SIKON Construction have broken ground on the $13 million, 500-bed Wiley Hall student housing facility at Wiley College in Marshall. The three story project is being designed by Randall Scott Architects and will be ready for occupancy for the fall of 2012. Wiley College, founded in 1873, is a historically black college affiliated with the United Methodist Church.
