Atlanta — Developer Mallory & Evans will open Bellamy Daytona for fall 2019 occupancy. The 376-bed project is open to students at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; Daytona State College; Florida State University College of Medicine and three other universities in the Daytona Beach area.
