Kevin Dufour and Kyle Peco of FourPoint arranged the disposition of the property on behalf of the seller, Twenty-Nine Ventures. An undisclosed, Texas-based buyer acquired the asset. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

The disposition includes Gator Cottages, serving students at the University of Florida in Gainesville; Whitham Cottages, located near the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville; and Seminole Gardens, serving students attending Florida State University in Tallahassee. The property was acquired by Blue Vista Capital Management for an undisclosed price.

Both buildings were recently renovated and feature exterior and interior upgrades throughout. A California-based regional operator acquired the portfolio. Terms of the sale were undisclosed.
