Gainesville, Fla. — Courtney Gaines has joined The Collier Companies team as its new vice president of operations. She is responsible for achieving aggressive operational objectives and delivering optimal occupancy and net operating income by working closely with property owners and operational teams to achieve revenue goals. Gaines was previously director of management for Frisco, Texas-based Westwood Residential, where she directed operations of a 14,000-unit portfolio.
