The Forum at Statesboro Under Construction Close to Georgia Southern Univ.

Parkland Development Corp. is developing The Forum at Statesboro as part of the Forum Living Group.


Statesboro, Ga.
— The Forum at Statesboro, a 780-bed development near Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, is under construction by Boca Raton, Fla.-based Parkland Development Corp. The apartments will feature a mix of one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath, three bedroom/three bath and four bedroom/four bath units. Amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, a hot tub, an indoor basketball gym and volleyball court, a tennis court, a dog park, a media room, a game room, a conference room, a study center with Apple and HP Touch Screen computers, tanning beds and an Internet café with a fully equipped kitchen. Dallas-based Greystar Student Living will manage The Forum at Statesboro, which is part of the Forum Living Group. The project was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design of Altamonte Springs, Fla., and will be completed in the summer of 2012.
