Des Moines, Iowa — Timberline Real Estate Ventures and Des Moines-based BH Cos. have partnered to form a new student housing management company titled B.HOM Student Living. B.HOM will assume management of a 33-property student housing portfolio located in 16 states. “Nate, myself, and the entire team are excited to be teaming up with BH’s entrepreneurial organization, which has been recognized for its strong bottom-line track-record for its employees and clients for nearly 30 years,” says Andrew Stark, principal of Timberline and executive vice president at B.HOM Student Living.
