Tuscaloosa, Ala. — Triad Real Estate Partners has released a market research report on off campus student housing at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa for 2018.
The report lists occupancy for off campus student housing down by 1.02 percent; out-of-state enrollment at the university up by 1 percent; and total enrollment down by 0.44 percent.
