The Cottages on Lindberg.Lafayette, Ind. — Trinitas Ventures has completed construction of its new, cottage-style student housing community in West Lafayette, Ind. The Cottages on Lindberg is a 193-unit, 745-bed property, located 1.5 miles north of Purdue University.
Two, three and four-bedroom cottage-style units are available, as are amenities such as a 6,500-square-foot clubhouse, a pool, hot tub, basketball court and shuttles to campus. The Cottages opened August 2012 and is close to 100 percent pre-leased for August 2013.
Equity financing was provided by a joint venture between Trinitas and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital (HSRE). The project represents the first cottage-style development for the Trinitas/HSRE partnership.
