West Lafayette, Ind. — Trinitas Ventures has promoted Karen Caprarella to the position of director, business development – asset and property management. Her prior title was director of property management operations.
Caprarella will be responsible for identifying and developing key business relationships and opportunities for growing a third-party, fee-management platform, as well as coordinating the opening of new properties.
Trinitas says Caprarella’s experience within the company’s operating system and her experience in property management will provide an alluring product for owners of student assets that require enhanced analytics, streamlined leasing processes or start-up assistance.
Caprarella has been involved in asset and property management since 1988, including managing commercial, retail and apartment buildings throughout the country.
