University Residences Kent Acquires 16 Acres for Student Housing Project

Kent, Ohio — The Province at Kent will be a 596-bed community.

 

Kent, OhioUniversity Residences Kent has acquired 16 acres of land at the intersection of Summit and Lincoln, where it will build The Province at Kent, a 596-bed student housing community. Construction will begin this summer with completion targeted for the 2012-2013 academic year. The community will offer individual leases and will feature private bedrooms and bathrooms, in addition to a clubhouse that will include a community recreation center, movie theatre, fitness facility and swimming pool. All units will be furnished and include washers and dryers.
