Marlton, N.J.—Jim Malesich accepts new role with company.
Marlton, N.J. — Jim Malesich has joined University Student Living, the student housing development and management company under The Michaels Organization, as vice president of finance. Malesich most recently held the same title at College Park Communities, the student housing division of GMH Communities Trust, where he oversaw the budgeting, financial analysis and asset management for more than $1.6 billion of owned student housing properties and managed more than 20 student properties on behalf of third-party owners. In his new role, Malesich will oversee the financial analysis of all new student housing developments, acquisitions and joint venture activities and will report to University Student Living President Joseph Coyle.
