In addition, the concessionaire would be responsible for operating and maintaining approximately 3,270 existing beds for three of the institutions in the RFQC.
The participating institutions and campuses in the current RFQC include Albany State University in Albany; Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus; Gordon State College in Barnesville; Middle Georgia State University in Macon, Cochran and Eastman; Savannah State University in Savannah; University of West Georgia in Carrollton; and Valdosta State University in Valdosta. Responses to the RFQC are due June 1, 2018 in order to be considered.
