UT-Dallas Building Live-Learn Center

Dallas — Hill & Wilkinson is general contractor of the project, which is their fourth at UT Dallas. The facility will be built to LEED Silver standards.

Dallas — The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) is constructing a $53.3 million, 235,000-square-foot living-learning center that will open in 2014. The complex will house 600 students and will include a central dining facility for all five residence halls on campus. Hill & Wilkinson is the general contractor. This is the firm’s fourth project at UT Dallas. The building is being designed by HKS Architects and will seek LEED Silver certification. Additional amenities include a 25,000-square-foot gymnasium and fitness area, multi-purpose classroom space, breakfast and snack bar, laundry facilities and lounge areas.
