The company completed the deal in an off-market transaction. Completed in 2009, the project features a resort-style swimming pool, fitness facility, community lounge, tanning beds, and a volleyball court. New York City-based Vesper plans to invest approximately $500,000 in capital to enhance the property and add a private shuttle service to campus. The Cottages at Norman maintains a 95 percent occupancy rate.
