Tampa, Fla. — Vesper Holdings’ The Ivy, a 1,002-bed student housing community located near the University of South Florida in Tampa, is fully pre-leased for the fall 2016 semester.
The complex, originally built in 2000, was acquired by Vesper in November of 2014 and underwent a two-year capital improvements program. Renovations to the complex included a new spa-like clubhouse; a state-of-the-art business center with private study rooms and conference rooms; a fitness center including the latest in cardio and weight training, a fitness-on-demand room, yoga room and private spin room; a revitalized pool area with outdoor spas and private VIP cabanas with televisions and gaming systems; an outdoor theater pavilion; picnic area with barbecue grills; a sand volleyball court; tennis courts; and a dog park.
Rental rates for private, one-bedroom apartments start at $865 per month. The Ivy is one of the first student housing assets under the guidance of Vesper’s newly formed management arm Campus Life & Style.
