WFI Acquires 432-Bed Community Near the University of Central Oklahoma

Edmond, Okla. — WFI has acquired Bryant Place, a 432-bed student housing community located near the University of Central Oklahoma campus in Edmond. Built in 2008, the property offers four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a 24-hour computer lab, resort-style swimming pool and fully-equipped fitness center. Blue Vista Capital Management sold the property for an undisclosed price. Dorothy Jackman and Jamie Swick of Colliers International represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
