Muncie, Ind. — The Woodlark Companies and a JV partner have acquired University Estates in Muncie, Ind., near Ball State University. Woodlark will manage the 552-bed property that will be upgraded with new appliances, flooring and other new features. The acquisition brings Woodlark’s total management portfolio to more than 16,000 beds.
