Bethany, W.V. — Pittsburgh-based Zamagias Properties has commenced the redevelopment of Cochran Hall at Bethany College in Bethany. The $4 million project will convert the building, originally built in 1910, back to its original use as student housing in time for the building’s centennial anniversary. The interior will be completely demolished and replaced with dorm rooms that will provide beds for 72 students. Completion is anticipated in August. Astorino is the project architect and PJ Dick is the general contractor.
